CARBON FOOTPRINT

Carbon foot print is the total set of greenhouse gas emissions caused directly or indirectly by an individual or an organisation. Because we take into account the environmental impact of our products from raw materials to the manufacturing process, we are very proud to say that our technologies Spraytek99 and KRUCIWATT do not generate any harmful emissions during operation and production. POSITIVE TOLERANCE

Cell and module performance variability resulting from insufficient quality controls throughout the assembly stages can result in unwanted product failure in the field. QSOLAR production facilitiy boast some industry-leading capabilities including the electroluminescence (flash test) which has led to the creation of a full range of polycrytaline panels with a positive tolerance garanteed between +0 / +7%

COLORFUL and STYLISH MODULES

INSTEAD of using a laminator to seal the cells, QSOLAR took a different approach by adopting a spraying technique called SPRAYTEK99®.This technology is using a highly protective insulator compound which forms an impenetrable film around the cells protecting them from the weather under any condition. The SPRAYTEK99 ® layer is so strong and so efficient that it has replaced the front glass , the EVA and the TPT with better transmissivity characteristics , better encapsulation and stronger protection ! AND MORE STYLE as all modules are available with any color of you choice !

POWER LOSS

Power loss is a very important factor especially in hot climates as glass from standard modules is absorbing the heat which is reducing dramatically the efficiency of the modules, no matter how good the cells are. With QSPower+ design, we are now using specific high quality silver tab ribbons which have 6 times less resistance ; as power loss equals the resistance times the current ( square ), the power loss of the new Qlite.X is only 1w instead of 6.4w with standard module

ANY SUBSTRATE, ANY POWER, ANY SIZE

The SPRAYTEK99 technology is so unique that now customers can even choose their own substrate like wood, roof tiles, concrete ( ESS process from QSOLAR ) bricks, and even metal to produce solar energy...no modules to fix anymore, no drills, no wind load, any color, any power, UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES !

WARRANTY

To offer peace in mind, all QSOLAR modules come with a 10 years full warranty on the modules, 5 years for 95% efficiency, 12 years for 90%, 18 years for 85% and 25 years for 80%

WEIGHT

The new QLITE.X® range of polycrystalline modules from QSOLAR is using new ultra light hollow polymer material as backsheet. These modules are 75% lighter than any conventional modules on the market which make any installations fast, easy and cost effective ! with QLITE.X modules, anybody can carry a 250W module with one hand as it weighs only 6 Kgs !!

AIR COOLING SYSTEM

As we believe that nothing is carved in stone, we have changed the entire solar panel manufacturing process, using our proprietary patent pending Spraytek99® and ESS® technology.The new ICYCELLS® design from QSOLAR consists of 3 different cooling systems :

- A new UV reflector coating on top of the module that will reflect 99% of the UV so the panel remains cool

- High quality silver tab ribbons elements

- A 10mm hollow polymer backsheet with air cooling ducts where air can circulates underneath the cells
