Our design and technology enables us to produce modules that maximize the energy yield of the PV system per unit area, and reduces balance-of-system (BOS) and installation cost per kWp.
To minimize mismatch, we flash test every module we produce to a positive tolerance of 0 / +7% garanteed.
All QSOLAR panels are frameless for fast and cost effective installation and to avoid dust to be trapped on the surface of the panel. We use the best materials available, such as specially designed ultra light polymer material with air cooling ducts as backsheet with SPRAYTEK99® encapsulant and ICYCELLS® design for cooling system.
These materials and technologies have been independently certified to withstand mechanical loading as requested by iec 61215 and iec 61730. This strength ensures that our modules remain mechanically stable throughout their quarter-century lifespan. All of our modules are also independently tested to ensure conformance with the certification and regulatory standards of IEC 61215, IEC 61730, EN 61215, EN 61730, and TÜV SÜD certification. QSOLAR has also joined REMEDIA organisation to fund the activities of recycling and collecting waste of photovoltaïcs panels
QSOLAR panels are available in 4 different families
1. QS.X : These are our extremely light modules available from 210W up to 600W ( black backsheet , frameless modules, only 50% of the weight of conventional modules)
2. QS.S : Standard framed modules for large solar scale installations from 230W up to 300W
3. QS.F : The FLEXIBLE module, ultra thin ( 3mm ) and ultra light ( 4 to 5.5 Kgs ) to cover any surface that is up to 30 degrees curved
4. QS.T : The Transparent module for verandas, atriums and BIPV applicationsQLITE.X Line with Translucent backsheet
All families can be fully colored ( cells and backsheet ) on only the backsheet
